Parents are responsible for their children at all times.

Dogs must be kept on a lead and all excrement bagged and removed.

Please dispose and recycle all litter. Please Use the Recycling points around the site.

There will be a Newstead Treefest Photographer on site, and images may be used for our publicity and reporting purposes. If you do not wish to have your image, or your children’s image, used by Newstead Treefest please inform the photographer in person, or notify an organiser.

Only permitted Vehicles on site- 3mph Max and to use hazard warning lights.

Newstead Treefest does not accept any responsibility for people’s personal possessions.

Please respect Newstead Village and the people who live in it.

Please remember drug-use and underage drinking are as illegal on the Newstead Treefest site as everywhere, Nottinghamshire Constabulary have insisted on undercover offices patrolling the site.
