The Market Place
This years Market Place offers festival go’ers an opportunity to buy a wide range of local crafts from local artists. Ethnic jewellery and crafts, Cards, Art work, and Pottery will be amongst the stalls, as well as local support organisations providing information about their services. No Alcohol sold on site, but you are free to Bring Your Own. Please avoid glass bottles if you can.

Please note that this is an open green area and as such there is no running water or electricity.
Stall holders are advised to use “low volume” generators where needed.
All stall holders will have to provide their own stall and cover.
There is limited space in the Environmental Area marquees for Craft stalls who are willing to demonstrate and encourage participation in their craft.
Treefest do not encourage plastic merchandise or excessive packaging of goods.
Trading is allowed from 10 am until 11pm both days.
Overnight camping at Treefest will only be allowed for stallholders, acts and security. You will be able to camp overnight in your allotted stall space if booked for both days. Parking of your vehicle can be behind your stall.
In the event of adverse weather your attendance will be at your own discretion. There will be no fee for cancellations.
All stall fees will be collected on site at the festival.
FEES:
FOODSTALLS £125 per day or £200 for both days
STALLHOLDERS £15 per day or £30 for weekend
AGENCIES/CHARITIES FREE
